Our three charming wooden houses (K15, K16, K17) are located in the central village area, close to the stone houses. Each house is individually furnished by its owner, while sharing the same floor plan and a deliberately simpler concept – natural, functional and quiet.

A refundable security deposit of €167 is due.
Notes
Note regarding credit card payments
Unfortunately, some European banks are currently rejecting international payments in Brazilian Real (BRL) – especially for travel and accommodation bookings – despite successful 3D Secure authentication .
That means:
- Your card is valid
- Authentication was successful.
- Your bank is blocking the payment for security reasons.
In this case, please contact your bank and ask for authorization for international online payments in Brazil , or use a different credit card or alternative payment method .
Tip: Payments in EUR are generally accepted without problems by European banks. Thank you for your understanding!
Special conditions for families!
Children up to 11 years old stay free with us; additional teenagers aged 12-17 are charged only 25 instead of 50 R$ per day.
Unfortunately, our current booking system doesn't allow us to calculate this – please only book the adults and let us know how many children or teenagers of what ages are in your party. We will then calculate the additional costs on site, if necessary.

Cancellation policy
Our booking system only allows us to offer a non-refundable rate. If you need to cancel your trip, the cost will not be refunded. If you do not want to bear this risk, please book travel cancellation insurance.
Offer for long-term stays
For longer stays, please contact us for a customized offer. The same applies to bookings of 18-29 days, for which the monthly rate applies but which the system cannot display.
